Fee Structure

Retained Search

30–40% of CTC paid upfront; balance on placement

Contingency Recruitment

8.33%–16.67% of annual CTC; 30-day payment terms

Contract Staffing

Agreed markup on monthly CTC; monthly invoicing

HR Operations / Payroll Fixed monthly retainer per engagement letter
HR Consultation Project-based or monthly retainer
Corporate Gifting Per quote; 50% advance required

 

Replacement Guarantee CPHS provides a 90-day free replacement for permanent hires who resign or are terminated for performance reasons within that period — subject to conditions in the engagement letter.

 

Non-Solicitation Clients may not directly or indirectly solicit or hire any candidate introduced by CPHS without paying the applicable placement fee — including for 12 months following termination of an engagement.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes are first resolved through 30-day good-faith negotiation, then by arbitration seated in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

HR Operations and Payroll  30 days' written notice (for handover)
